Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    *UPDATE*

Well the head still isn't done. I went their last week and they still have to blend in the porting work and assemble the valvetrain. At this point I'm getting kinda frustrated its been like six months now. And every time I go in he tells me it'll be done at the end of the week. Its like alright bro just do your damn job! So yeah that's the status for whoever's following my build.

Haven't followed this build at all, just looked at your last post. If it were me, I'd walk in and tell em that you want your head by close of business, finished or not. If they can't follow through take it to the courts.

6 months. Dood, find another shop that can do it first, then go get your head. They're obviously putting you on the back burner even though you're paying like everyone else. Take your business elsewhere. If they are saying "it will be done by the end of the week" and it was suppose to be done end of January then it will never be done. They're fucking u around man and have not kept thier word, and thus never will.

well I went to the shop and told them I wanted my head back and he said it'll be complete and ready for pick up on Monday. I said no I want it now and my money back! And went went back and forth for about 45 mins, when I finally said if its not done Monday when I come in here I'm taking it anyway and we'll work the rest out in court. The look on his face was priceless haha.

In the mean time I ordered my head gasket and head studs!
I'm think in about getting RDX fuel injectors I believe they just plug and play correct?

Ya, injectors are plug and play, helps to put a little lube on the rubber ring when sliding them into the fuel rail. They"ll click in if u know why I mean.

You think your head will be done Monday?

Well I talked to the guy at roskoracing and he said their not plug and play you have to cut and solder the pig tails they come with along with bypassing the injector resistor box and use his fuel rail? Idk I might still do it but its just more money.

And I better get my head Monday or I will be beyond pissed!

Hmm, ok I take back the injector advise. I assumed they were injectors that were made for the H. Personally I wouldn't use anything other than PnP injectors made for the F or H, as you'll be playing with fire otherwise.
                        So my bad there.

Its all good man, I just know that have an awesome spray pattern so their still a good possibility for my plans, I'm also think in about an omni power throttle body but not to sure what size? 68mm 70mm?

                            TB and injectors

The RDX injectors are nice, and with some added fuel pressure can flow above 500CC You do need a different fuel rail, and it is recommended that you have the manifold side cut too since the spray pattern is different as well.

I need to look into upping the pressure as I am already close to 70% duty cycle on e85.

As for the throttle body, I highly recommend polar bear tuning's 74-68mm tapered tb, it is a great product especially for the cost.
