parts using, BB6 knuckle and 5th gen axle.

when i tried putting the axle in, it wont go in. neither will the 4th gen axle go in. I put the 5th gen axle into the cb spindle and it went in.

what can i do? do i have a wrong knuckle/hub? should i force the axle in?

    - use non-SH parts! the knuckles from a lude SH will not fit.

    Could this be your problem???

If he had an SH knuckle it wouldn't even go on the car.

However, if he gets a good deal on SH stuff he should go for it. The front hubs + brakes are the same, he can just get new bearings and 4th gen knuckles (cheap). But I dont think thats the problem

i got the front for 40. the passenger side went in good. i sanded the axle a little bit and it went in. and everything bolted on. so i take it the bearings i got were smaller then oem? idk. but thing is all is together now.

I just wanna RE-CONFIRM this... if i get the 5th gen lude brake calipers its the same as the 4th gen vtec lude brakes? Reason i ask i am picking up my 5 lug swap this weekend(from a base 5th gen lude ofcourse) and i can buy the calipers off him too, so wanna confirm b4 i do. or should i not spend the extra cash on them? let me know guys! thanks
