Reason I asked, is because I'm contemplating on getting the same wheels, I just don't want any rubbing :/
you'll be fine with a rear fender rolled and set of 35 or 40 series tires... if you dont want to mess with camber kit.

              Thanks budy..

I have done all kinds of rust repair so any rust repair is another repair to me... however to do the rust repair next to a glass... it will require the removal of the glass..windshield and such. I dont have the tools to remove the front/back windshields but for $100-150 or so a glass installer can take it off and re-install it without breaking it.

Unless the rust isn't so bad that it dont need to remove the glass then it will be a much easier and cheaper repair job.
I have done too many repair before and I know it is best to remove the glass and make it perfect so the rust wont come back. Plus when it rust like that it means you got some kind of bad seal which water have contact with bare metal and turn to rust.. it is best to remove the glass, clean it.. re-seal and rust proof it.

Thanks...and yes it is a sedan Legend lip.. I want to get a brand new Coupe lip but then I though I'll try to score one off the local junkyard instead. I want to make it a better budget built... since I spend so much money on my past cars.
