I bought my from another member here for a pretty decent deal but they are usually cost about $800-$1000 from Bisimoto's web store.

My Bisi header and 3" exhaust setup cost about $2K.
I'll be sure to post video when I have all my exhaust all weld up together.

Good stuff! I thought it over and talked it over with a good friend as well, and I decided I'm just gonna get a "nice looking" header.. I'm really not looking to add more power anyway.. I'm content with the stock H22.. now I'm just gonna do cosmetic stuff

It usually comes down to what you want to do with your car. If you just want a decent power gain header for cheap a Hytech replica header is good enough. For me I want a nice crazy looking header with good gains... and another thing is I just want to be different from the rest of the local H22 guys.

Hondatech.com sponsor sell them brand new for $400 shipped ... you might be able to find them cheaper.

Sometime they pop out on ebay too... just gotta look.

I use panel bonding. Some people use that instead of welding.
Then I finish it off with rust proof sealer and paint.

Did you get the Stainless Steel Kteller kit? oooh that means you can polish the crap out of it after it's all stitched together. I really want to know how it sounds. the system I want to do is going to be very similar to your's. 3" bisi header. I wasn't sure who made a kit in 3" mandrel plumbing. Thanks to you it seem like Kteller is the way to go. I am going to need the flow but I don't want all that racket. I have a DC cat back right now. Its only a 2" mandrel. I love the way it sounds though. Quiet when i'm cruising, beast @ WOT.

I hope you don't mind but I am gonna get the Kteller and copy you. Thanks.

Ok, also did you weld the part where the doors close onto, and what kind of sealing did you use on the outside
