i did a similar wire tuck to yours mike. i have had no problems, i had a slight ground problem for headlights, but fixed it by grinding the paint off, that was about it

i hope you figure everything and hope to see it in person one day

im not sure what it is that causes wiring issues, but i have to say anybody i know well thats done a tuck has had problems, sometimes major. these wires are old and dry and moving them around so much leads to issues... though not always the case, it just seems to be with myself and my friends. a while back my ignitor wire shorted to a power wire. why? beats me, as i didnt do anything to either, yet they were connected... random shorts, random CELs, random ground issues, random power issues... though you do learn a lot doing a tuck and you get familiar with the setup and it makes it easier to work with.

i know its going to be sometime similar and theres only a number of wires leading to and from the ECU fuse... itll just take a while to test through them and diagnose.

its just wires... which inherently are very simple. car wiring is very very very basic, its just the number of wires that makes it complex...

Dude, just to let you know, your car is the reason i am "remodeling" my car. Youe engine bay is my background ,i want mine to be almost like it, i want a couple of different thing on mine.
Also i see you have your PS resivour in the rear passanger side of the bay, did you loop the PS and just attached that so you can add fluid and whatnot, or did you relocate everything? bc you dont have a PS pump so im a little

                hey john, thanks man.

i didnt loop off my ps, i actually just shortened some of the lines and rerouted them so its all contained behind the motor... right now its manual steering with extra fluid in it, but i intend to be hooking up an electric power steering pump so i can turn it on and off when i want. i just havent spent the $100+ on the pump because theres lots more important stuff i can get with that money lol. someday i will...

one of my connections under the intake manifold melted through the electrical tape and shorted against the back of the block somewhere.

the car is now running fine

i guess that means the standalone wiring/relay for the fuel pump was unnecessary, but it sure doesnt hurt
