thanks dom. i actualy wont be driving the car again for quite a while (im gonna miss it!!) so i wont have to worry about this until spring again. and i will actually be building a small solid-state circuit that works in conjunction with the MSD 6AL box i have, to replace the ignitor... so im not even going to need one

yeah thats a sick video. steve made that back when he owned the car. i have yet to get any video footage of my own of the coupe!


anyway i built something tonight. its closed up in a 1.5" x 1.5" x .75" mini box with a molex connector. what it is is a trigger circuit used to trigger the MSD and take the place of the OEM honda ignitor, which will be removed completely. because this does not have a tach output, the one from the side of the MSD ignition will be used.

this should fix the ignition problems ive been having that are due to a dying ignitor

depending on how well this works, i will be building a few more similar to it, to sell
