thanks a lot jdm92_accorn! I really appreciate the help. I will be purchasing a p06 shortly, at least to have one handy. I got in touch with duy-street-king for his.

I will try the battery tray thing as well. tomorrow i'll be taking my car to the shop to get the oil pan replaced since it was dented pretty bad and damaged the drain plug location. i told honda to seal it up with hondabond haha hell no was I gonna get service other than an oil change from there!!

with the lvl 2 cam, do you think untuned it could pass smog on a freshly rebuilt motor?

I passed in NYC with 11:1+ and a lvl2 with the rings gapped for nitrous and a magnaflow high flow catalyst converter.

Lol, my boy's speed shop is building it for a noble gt. I helped him assemble some of it, just wanted to somewhat showcase the work they can do.

Lol. I was like damn, K-Series! Wait, Turbo? That didn't escalate quickly, shit just straight up hit the fan. Too bad it wasn't for you though.

Oh don't worry, I've got some k-series lined up too. Sometime next year I plan to put the hybrid f in the white dx and put a k24a2 in this car with just a hybridracing intake, swap header and some kelford stage 1's. The k24 will be more dd friendly than a mac'd out built F25A

well i put my cylinder head to use. i needed some money so i sold my head to a friend. we swapped the head onto his F23A5 with pretty much everything else copy cating my build. this is in the prelude i setup a while back, apparently he got tired of his power, lol. i tried to get some pics but he didn't like that idea. he had a built prelude a couple years ago and posted pics of his boosted h22 and the same day the car got stolen. new setup is as follows:

                      k&n filter
                      BPi 4" velocity stack
                      AEM BB6 V2 SRI
                      68mm omnipower TB
f22a6 lower/h22a upper intake manifold ported by me
                      PT3 head ported by me
                      bisimoto 5 layer HG
                      new oem 09' tsx pistons
                      bisimoto level2 regrind
                      bisimoto valvesprings
                      new oem retainers
                      injector dynamics 445cc injectors
megan racing header with custom dp and collector
                      mandrelexhaustsystems.com 3" exhaust
                      ebay 3" barrel

this has me definitely thinking more about a ported head and a 3" exhaust.

wow! what needed to be done to fit the tsx pistons?

when would larger injectors become necessary in a build?

We used a supertech block guard and bored it to 87mm.
Below 160whp N/A the stock 240cc injectors are fine, below 215whp N/A stock 345cc h22 injectors are ok and rdx injectors are good to 260whp N/A.
