I say no, you don't have to replace the v. cover gaskets unless they are in bad shape or leaking. You do need to clean everything though and use some new honda bond or whatever.

basic run down. replace your cam tower o rings. they are underneath your cam tower. t belt slides off, and take off your cam tower. then adjust your valves afterwards and do everything that jesus has mentioned.

Pulled up to a stop light today and my car stalled. Problem is the idle is dropping to low, and I didn't even have the A/C on. I'm going to check the IACV. Does anything else control the idle besides the iacv and the idle screw on the TB?
          BTW, no CEL's

Well I know the FITV(right initials?) and PCV can make your idle trip out, without throwing a cel. Might wanna check those out.

need to have some break experts chime in..

I recently bought some brembo blanks for a 90-93 wagon but i'm unsure what caliper setup to run..

I know i can run the wagon calipers, but can i run a bb4 aka 92-95 prelude caliper? My friend said i can buy his lude calipers, but what mods do i need to make this fit on my 90 knuckle.. any help is greatly appreciated..

craig nice setup. yes prelude calipers will fit but make sure they are VTEC model calipers if from a bb4. if it's a bb6 then they are all the same, VTEC calipers. it should bolt onto your knuckles i think or you might have to shim a bit. i'm on 25T brackets on my BB6 lude calipers, but then again i'm on odyssey knuckles ...

craig, I'm looking into upgrading brakes as well. From what I've gathered here's a possible method

                  -ROH conversion
                  *98-99 2.3L Acura CL knuckles
-Prelude 4th Gen VTEC calipers and brackets (25T)
-Prelude 4th Gen VTEC rotors (11.1")
*If you decide to go with these rotors, the set screws will not line up with the holes on the acura hubs but your rims should hold them in place anyway
                  -98-99 Acura CL 3.0L rotors(11.1")
                  *These should fit directly

So far, the only thing I can verify is the ROH conversion since I've done it myself. I'm currently trying to find some vtec calipers and brackets to finish the project. Hope this helps.

                  ...adjust accordingly

I thought the 4th gen preludes use a 23t bracket?

                            polished.

theres a guy in socal prelude that wants it, so if he buys it then no test fit

that'd be interesting, but couldnt someone just measure the distance between the holes on the cb7 chassis and compare to the DC tie bar.
