Oh Okay. Since you know the solenoid works, I would have to guess the problem is with the wiring. I would make sure you have a good connection at the ECU, and that it is in the correct slot with correct size pin. Other than that you could check for continuity between both ends of the wiring itself.

The last bit of wiring to check is the connection of the pin to the ECU, but how do I check that? I know it's in A4. It's in there as snug as all the other wires. It wiggles in and out about a millimeter.

Sounds like its the right pin then.
I have an idea though. Pull that pin out of the ECU. Then run a wire from the battery to that pin, and see if you can hear the Solenoid click. You'll need someone's help in order to try this, cause you won't be able to hear the Solenoid from inside the car.

I'll try it for sh!ts and giggles, but I already tested it for continuity and got 15 ohms.

My guess would be a bad connection. If that is not the case, then you might try switching ECU's with someone else to see if that is the problem. I doubt it's the ECU though.

How can you tell if you have a wheel bearing out? I have the car jacked up. Rear side up. I can pull on the left rear rim, and it moves around ever so slightly (I can hear a clank noise when I pull it), while the other side is stuck in place when I do the same thing over there.

I replaced the upper and lower control arms on this side, and the wheel bearing is the only thing I can think of thats still causing this.

Any of you have good ideas?

Is it hard to replace the wheel bearings? I have 92-93 disc brakes in the rear.

                        Thanks!

                        Sold, but not forgotten.

check your tie rods (inner and outter) or rack n pinion.

edit: crap i forgot to read that it was on the rear! my bad. yea check your wheel bearings

I have a question. I did all the tune up on my car (f22a4), new o2, ignition parts, timing, valve adj, seafoamed, decent oil, and mine is a stick, but my mpg is bearly 20 in the city. I only drive local from house to school to work. I'm a mild driver, no launches, rarely reving pass 4500. My friend's auto integra gets 20 easily and he never let go of the gas.

What's my problem here? anything else should I look into?

20 in the city is pretty good, isnt that the mileage rating anyway? the integra is only a 1.8 and like 400 pounds lighter
