Called my tuner earlier and found out that my gasket might be okay. Said that my coolant might have been too low, which caused an air pocket. And yes, Tim and I are tracking on the 29th at HTM. My SV driver name is MADE.

I'm getting the DB8 back today. Replaced the thermostat and fan switch with Mugen ones. And I hope my Momo Tuner and Pyrotect helmet come in today...

Hell yeah! Plus it's required. No helmet, no race. And yes, Aaron is still coming with me to HTM. Unless he flakes. Haha!

my valve cover blew up on me... blowing oil everywhere....the funny thing was that the srt4 that i raced pulled over and ask me if i needed help.. and then as he was leaving, his car's right front tire fell in a hole and the car was stuck. so i helped him out and then he ask if i needed a ride but i just asked him to follw me back to my work place. so im leaving my car at work til tomorrow. luckly honda has the valvecover in stock. so my car should be back up tomorrow. hehehe

had to do a Test Only smog today, I barely passed ahah. The guy said my cat could be the problem. Even hinted to me to just run straight pipe for performance, but I said "pfft, car is slow anyways." lol

Going to order a magnaflow cat soon.

Good thing you passed. Just a little heads up, high-flow cats don't last too long. I'd stick with the OEM one. It's up to you though. Howcome you didn't come to the meet?

I was at a birthday party all day, a mix of fried shrimp, cake, drinks, made me uber drowsy.

hmm yea I figured aftemarket cats wouldnt last, they are only a fraction of the price of an oem one. I'll probably end up throwing my old cat on, the cat on it now was Uncle El's, that I got from Jack with the sp1 catback. I threw on Jack's even though its filter was brown and mine was white because I wanted it to fit like Jack's seeing how this cat was an inch or so longer.
