From the pic it looks centered, and yeah a light would look good in there too. I don't know why it caught my eye, just some thing else to look at. But if you figured out how to dent the trunk in perfectly like that I might consider

Heck, even a small light frenched into a non dented lid could look nice.

After those posts you had me contemplating that idea. I was thinking 90s Caddy STS light bar across the trunk.

To be honest I keep lookin at the dent and it looks nice, I'm not sayin I'm gonna dent either one of my cb's but if it were to happen on accident I probably wouldn't fix it. A light would be kinda cool too though, definitely have to find the right one.

Cool thread, I can't believe I never seen it before. Junk yards in my part of the woods don't keep cb7s for more than a week and then they are crushed.

Yep, when i was there last Thursday, i didn't notice that but yesterday i did (perhaps because i was pulling stuff from inside) I thought about snagging that too but didn't have time. had other errands to run before my mom headed off to work.

I will be adding some more pictures to this thread tonight or tomorrow. I made a junk yard run today. there were 9 4th gen, 1 3rd gen and 1 2nd gen (I didn't get a picture of the 3rd gen but got the 2nd gen)

I was really sad to see this one in there because it looked like before it ended up in here it was well taken care of. though the stupid fake "vents" were on the front.
