Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

haha, thats crazy. well if everything goes as planned, ille be going out to texas in the middle of august of this year. But hopefully i stay in the northwest. Im thinking going to Mckord airforce base. far enough from the family but not so far that they cant make a trip every few months.

ya i saw you too...man that things looks killer.

                      status:
well the tensior is givin me issues...
basically that lil nudge to hold it while you position the tensioner before tightening that 14mm is not on the new h23:

                      new h23:

                      old h23:

anyone know the reason for the differences?
also I noticed that the exhaust studs were missing 5, so I gotta get some now. and I need to grind the black for the dsm setup.

besides that shit...I painted this block red...
I think it just needed some character.

                              how crucial is this piece?

I took a 10mm bolt and locked the tensioner down...it is extremely tight.
the belt feels good and I have rotated to make sure it wasnt guna budge.

should I order the part or use MY method?

just curious...as the answer awaits, ending result of when the motor gets dropped in.

Not sure really. It's not like it shifts the belt or anything, just holds tension and I don't think it really matter WHERE it holds tension.

Put some loctite on the bolt and drop it in, I say.
