Thanx for helping me out with timing.

Turns out the tensioner bearing is bad.
Verifying right now.
It is probable since it is the only thing I swapped out. So now I need to either find one or put the old one back in.

gunna put the old one back in and see what happens!

Nice, me personally I don't want mine seen we I boost I wanna keep my sleeper look. I still got that h22 head of yours ill make a trip up there one of these days real soon hopefully.

plus it is better than my orginal idea. especially when I lower it.

it has been a long night, got a new timing belt to put on.
that wont happen until sunday!

I was working on this all night. and cracked my radiator.
so now I am waiting on a radiator....

anyways starting:


custom crossmember, perfect, no cutting bumper!

so sunday I will get some other pics and so forth..but is coming along nicely!

coming along very nice, but I would suggest you anodize your i/c, instead of painting it...just my $.002

anyways on how to get this done?

Normally it would be an industrial company you would have to look for. A lot of times when things are anodized they are done in bulk, you pay one price for many items...but since you probably don't have many other things to anodize you'll probably just pay the one price for your i/c

well got the new timiing belt in, still squeals and smokes.
somethings gotta be slightly wrong, but I can not figure it out for the life of me. FUCK MY LIFE, I need to figure this out!!!
got the FMIC completely mounted now, just waiting on it to dry as to redo my light wiring.
I chose to just paint it as I am not running large amounts of boost.
When I decide to upgrade thats when I will get it anodized. love the idea!

and i just started spraying my corners amber, went into the house 2 min.

timing belt is making the sound of too tight but it really isnt all that tight.
squealing like a bitch. took a video but it just sounds like a warble.

really wish I knew what was going on here!!!!
