Not sure if I missed something, but why did you remove the trans mount?

It probably is from Canada. But I'm assuming, I've never looked into it before. How much does shipping a car cost?

if you don't mind me asking, what kind of welder are you using?
We are all ricers, it just depends what flavor rice you are.

Minitrucker by heart, CB7tuner by coincidence.

i really dont like how thats going to look. why dont u just make a template of the holes and weld them shut?

Many reasons actually. Essentially, making individual templates, welding them all and smoothing them out would create the same effect right? So why on earth would I spend more time and make the bay more prone to cracking? Makes no sense. Not to mention the not flat bumpy mess that will be there afterwards and if you want it flat doing it that way youll be putting and 1/4 thick layer of filler to get it to lay flat. Thats how you get cracks. It comes out smoother, cleaner and more professional this way. This is how the pros do it my friend. : ) I mean, isnt the point of shaving a bay to make it slick and clean. Not trying to be an asshole btw, just give you an honest answer.

Also Im using the biggest mig that Miller makes in 110. .030 70 series wire, 75/25 gas.

I like the use of the plates like that its a great idea and im definalty gonna be using that technique when i do mine because after my wreck the repair of the metal under the battery tray isnt quite as structurally sound as normal

Props tho man look like shes gonna be done right!
