i think u should do it again, im not expert but didnt ur 3rd cyl have less last time and more now? are you doing this on a cold engine or hot engine?

Well told him to drop some oil in the cylinders and do the test on that cylinder to see if the compression goes up. If it does it just ring wear most likely. Happens quite a bit. Those numbers are still decently high but not consistent.
