this was in 95+ degree weather in a shop with no ventilation and one small fan on the radiator. the other thing is i found out later the tuner was very, very conservative. i talked with my tuner from nc and he says there is alot of room for improvement. enough improvement i could possibly see 180whp+. also i have a small trick up my sleeve that's good for atlease another 4-5whp.

        I'm happy for you.

As mentioned, there are too many variables between the background on both these dyno session to compare them apples to apples. It is clear the actual values are not representative of your actual gains.

That being said, you do have improvement that is not shown and future potential. Fanta-bulous!

I'd be curious to see the new dyno's A/F chart

I bet it richens up towards the top. What kind of cam are you running now?

In any case... H22 power, H23 torque, single cam... good stuff

Those numbers look very odd indeed. With the higher compression and all the issues fixed, a more aggressive tune, and a 2.3 nitrous cam and I bet you can see 200+whp...at least I hope, because your build is very close to what I have in mind, except I was going to change up the bore and stroke and run 11:1 comp.

Can't wait to see new numbers.

ordered the bolts for the triple stack yesterday, they'll be here by friday. im really curious to see if it helps or henders. this will be a first as far as i know for any member on here. i know people have talked about it but we dont really have any takers. i have to order some new gaskets first but then im going to try and get it on the rollers for some clarification. if they dont mind i plan on 1, 2, then 3 plates. also i found a few reasons for only the 176.8whp. it was over 100 deg in the shop when we dynoed. we later found out that the blacktrax spacer was melted and it caused the map sensor to read improperly along with less direction of air. think of it as trying to drink through a straw with holes in your cheeks, lol. the ass dyno is not very acurate but since i replaced the blacktrax spacer with a gutted iab plate and spaced the hood along with relocating the air filter to outside the engine bay the car pulls so much stronger. it might be about 180whp now. the big thing is the cam. the cam is great but it does not flow enough on the intake side. im going from .374in/.396ex (229/229) to .410in/.409ex (228/229) so there's still an increase in exhaust but its a nice jump on the intake side.

so you tripled stacked the intake manifold lol?

Thought double stack was good before.

Oh man did you paint your bisi header hi temp black? Yours didnt come coated before?

i had it, the valvecover and the intake ceramic coated to knock down under hood temps. with the triple stack i noticed alot more power down low without any loss up top but i'll put it on the rollers next week if i get a chance. it turns the tires over in third now.i think if my cam was made to build power any higher though id have to do some intake mods
