I picked up a second hand Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 this week and had to try it out...whew, I dont like the build but its hard to beat the sharpness.

Hand held and there's absolutly no blur even in the 100% crop. So jealous!

what body do you have it on? Nikon or Canon. I had mine on the D90 for some time and it really is a great lens! Ill actually be using my Tamron combo for a wedding this summer. The 17-50 f2.8 and my newly acquired 70-200 f2.8The CB9 has been reborn into a CB3
