From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

        its all good....

        damn I need some NEW flywheel bolts!
        when I put this flywheel in I would love new bolts!

        last night went for a drive and got my radiator upper/lowser hoses, all the coolant hoses for the FITV, IACV and back to t-stat, all with clamps.

        Anybody know the part number of the hose that goes from firewall to the water tube on back of engine that sits near the water pump?

        regardless...I really want this car up and running by next tuesday!

            clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, and throwout bearing came in from LSD today!


            what are these 3 pegs for? looks like pressure plate alignment...do i need them?


            if I can figure that out..this engine is dropping in tonight

              hey man where did you order your lsd clutch from i have the same one but it dosnt have the little flag sticker on it. do they all come like that? im just woundering if i got fuckin ripped off. but i didnt put those pins in i tried but they got all bent and shit so i said FUCK it lol but let me know were you got it.

                      Nice! Let me know how you like that LSD clutch. As you know I had one on my accoed so I am curious as to yours holds up.

                      So when am I going to get my towel back? That was my favorite towel bitch!

                        and the LSD clutch i went with had these specs:
                        LSD Dragger Clutch Kit w/ 6-Puck Sprung Disk
                        95% Clamp Increase, 494 ft/lb Torque Capacity
