Turns out I will be getting the motor & tranny. All is good.

The guy says on his next day off he will pull the motor. Since I now have a little Toyota Tacoma beater, I can pick up the motor myself.

Also found an engine hoist and stand set at Auto Value for $350. Thinking that may be a good investment.

It would make your life so much easier, even if you bought it for one time use.. turn around and sell it.

It's just one of those tools that you don't use it often, but sure is nice to have when you need it.

Picked up a full set of black 92-95 Prelude seatbelts at the JY. Hoping they will fit with no to minimal modification. I need the black belts as I will be swapping the black Prelude buckets into my car soon.

Hope you get them to fit.

Didn't you swap the buckets for the leather because they sat too low? Lol good luck man! Your car is absolutely beautiful!

Due to my plans of the H swap, the car is going for an all out performance sleeper build. The leather seats, while cushy and comfy, offer absolutely no bolstering support in corners. The Prelude buckets are super comfy and supportive. Sitting lower actually feels okay, it's just the steering wheel feels like it's a little high even in the lowest tilt setting.

Basically once the seats are in (properly), and the maroon rear seats are dyed black, and the black seatbelts in, I'll have a full black coupe interior.

The whole car is going to be a hybrid of Accord/Prelude/Legend/Integra/Civic parts, which is exactly what I'm after. Modifying the car with mostly all OEM Honda pieces. My goal is to make this car modified in every aspect, yet have it look correct, as if it should have been sold this way, with only minimal custom visual enhancements.

It's being built for performance and handling. I do expect to probably start autoX with it. I plan to enter 1 autoX event in July this year so I can get a baseline idea of how the car performs with the current setup.

Indeed those lude seats are comfy and supportive. I sat in one at the jy yesterday as I was trying to pull a p12 but then realized it was a 96 so it wasn't obd1 and it was auto
                    Anywho, keep us updated mike!

Leather gets sticky and hot too, plus I don't have AC. Already been a few days where I've stuck to the seat and sweat through my clothes lol.

                                I bought them from Tommi.

They are Depo corners. They're on ebay once in a while.

Anyways, the 4G Prelude seatbelt swap was a complete success! I now have a complete set of black front and rear belts and buckles. Only required modification of one hole on each of the front reel mounts. The rears line up and everything. Complete bolt in swap. Driver side Prelude seat is back in and bolted in on the left rail, but still need to modify and bolt in the inside rail. Tomorrow I'll swap over the Accord rails onto the passenger seat and install it. I'll also dye my maroon rear seat black. I REALLY want the Prelude rear buckets, but I don't think they'll work.

If you need black seatbelts, get them from a 92-95 Prelude!
