ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I dropped by my friend's shop on friday. He's pretty busy with a few projects right now, and he's also in the process of moving into a larger shop a few doors down from where he is now. So it's been pretty slow going on my car. I was able to install the dynamat he ordered for me on the front doors. I'm trying to find a good deal on 4vs Kimber Kable so I can wire up my components. Other than that, I'm just really hoping he can finish up my interior by the middle of next week .

Here's another piece to the puzzle...
I couldn't wrap the center vent/clock piece because of how it's made. So I cut the clock portion out. The clock and vents were destroyed by this process, which was the plan, so I bought a used vent piece off of ebay. On this piece I destroyed the outer portion in order to neatly trim out the clock and vents.
So I stopped in at my friends shop after work, he was busy so I wrapped the center piece in suede myself. I took the part back to work with me so I could glue the clock and vent piece back in. Here is the final result!

Almost forgot, I ordered my 4VS Kimber Kable today for wiring up the components. Should have those wired up by the end of the week. I'll get pics of the kick panels installed on here right away.
I talked to my friend about really needing this all done by mid week next week at the latest. I really hope he comes through for me. He's been so busy lately with getting his new shop ready to move into that I'm on the backburner again. I really hope I have some completed pics up on here by end of next week.

I got the paint I ordered in the mail today. I'm going to re-spray the door handles, dash corner vents, radio bezel, gauge bezel, and upper center console bezel in flat black, then clearcoat it with PPG Soft Touch clear.
Before leaving work I layed down a few heavy coats of high build primer on all the pieces so that I can sand out the texture and lay the basecoat down nice and smooth. Next week I'll probably wetsand the parts and spray them all at once.
More pics soon!

Here are some pics I took today of the dash installed. I painted the vents and radio bezel at work today and installed them at my friends shop. I still have to get an airbag cover to fill in the opening on the passenger side, but without further adue...
