ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Got the car out of storage today! Over the course of last summer, any suede that was glued on over vinyl was starting to lift so we're re-doing those areas. I pulled my rear trim panels out today and peeled the suede and vinyl off of the top piece. I re-wrapped it in suede and glued the gray insert back into place. That glue holds very well to just about anything except vinyl. Now that the vinyl was removed we shouldn't have anymore issues with lifting .

I should have the other one done this week too. After that, we will redo the door panels. He's gonna be stitching the armrest covers soon and once those are done I can finally reassemble the door panels for good.

All in all, it's coming along fine and I should have new pics up soon.

WOW!! I thought this was just a BB6 cluster swap. Then I started thinking, "wait, our center dashes don't look like that...."

This is amazing! Probably the wildest thing I've seen since a K24 crammed into an EM2.

          Update

Both door panels are re-wrapped now, all I have to do is fiberglass the gray inserts back in. After that, my friend has to stitch up the arm rest covers and and I'll have more pics to upload.

Here's a quick shot of the passenger door panel with the new vinyl foam applied to it. This stuff is awesome, and best of all, the glue holds very well.

You're basically making the entire interior into a BB6, aren't you?

just the dash and center console. I think they look much sportier, and the console is definately more functional.

I would, but it should be done in a week or two. I'll have pics up right away when it is. My friend should be stitching up the armrest covers in the next week.
