thanks for the comments again yall! i'm still anxiously waiting for the clutch to break in. my foot slipped against my clutch pedal and the car chirpped. oops! and to all that says an 8lb flywheel is too light has never driven one before. the car accelerates so much better and the throttle response i get was beyond what i imagined. quick shifts are a must though!
the next plans are to clean up the engine bay and get new wheels for the summer. paint and interior will come later. i plan to track the car sometime in august. look out for some mountain driving videos as soon as i find a suitable camera mount .

i do a bit of everything. i have a mountain bike (gary fisher) full suspension but it's already outta date. it works for now. i have separate wheels/tires for the road when i just want to cruise. i also have a GT performer which is my freestyle bike (bought in 92 just like the year of my car!). i used it mainly for flatland tricks. i tried to BMX it but broke my tailbone on a 5' dirt jump

If you don't get a chance to make it down for dyno day, make it there and tune your shit. update! i just got my energy suspensions front engine torque mount insert and will be putting it on soon. it should stop those annoying vibrations at idle. motor is running great so far. the best mileage i got was 24mpg so far. i just put $50 in my tank yesterday
. the pesky exhaust leak is still present. rusted out bolts suck!
