i ran the stock 2000 euro r spec pcd ecu for the euro r and stock JDM P13 ECU. A cat will lower your emissions greatly, trust me i've seen numbers cut in half. if you need a o2 sensor for smog purposes, i have a extra one at home. You can borrow it if you want.. i honestly would run 91 octane, and make sure your cap and rotor are in good condition. But making sure your cat is Warm is the key....

        euro-r ecu was obd-2 only???

@timmy: looks great in there, looks like it came from the factory that way... nothing is rigged... stock airbox, proper p/s pump installation, even the heat shield. lovely job.

yes it is, my buddy's shop wired it up to be obd-2A or obd2B with no codes what-so-ever.. So it was obd-2

I just transfered mine from the F22. I don't think you really need it but the FSM does show the H22 having one.

i thought you were showing with 13 devils?! anywho i'll bring it up to the president. he knows who you are already, prolly from honda tuning and me, but that would be dope to park next to you at a show. i still have lots to do to prepare, mainly just cleaning up the paint, engine bay, wheels, etc to joey status (just a good cleaning basically LOL).

it's nice to hear from you again oliver. how's the legacy? yeah the H22a4 does have one prolly for smog reasons. i have no clue on the vac lines though which is where the FSM comes in handy. i might have to hook it up when i try and BAR the motor again. first thing's first: catalytic converter.

Well, if the ref didn't complain about it the first time....he may catch it the second time. I know the Prelude AEM intake does have a nipple for it.

The Legacy is great. Nobody pays me any attention in it and its deceptively fast. I'm itching for a bit more power though. I already put on sway bars, lowered it and "chipped" the ECU. Time to remove the cats and really get the power flowing Supposedly it improves the mileage too (assuming you don't stomp it all day).

Nice pic of the engine man. Hopefully when I do get the h22a it will look just as good. Check mine out sometime.
