Hows the gas mileage on it?
I know that flatbed is gonna get some serious usage in the future
anyway the mileage isnt horrible... the first tank was a mix of city/highway and it got 20mpg, my second tank was more city and i got 19mpg. so i expect somewhere around there, i think i could probably get that to be a little higher after some tuning up and tweaking. between the ~20mpg and the fact that it takes regular grade and gas has gotten cheaper recently, it shouldnt be too expensive to drive.

placed an order tonight for a few things...
- 270mm convex Broadway mirror
- Marlin Crawler HD Clutch kit
- OEM Clutch Master and Slave cylinders
- MC solid urethane shifter bushings
- Newly resurfaced flywheel
i still need to look things over (DIYs and the manual) and look to see what other things i still need to purchase, off the top of my head i can think of:
- spark plugs
- cap and rotor
- valve cover gaskets
- oil pan gasket
- front right CV axle
- oils & filter

VERY NICE truck! I want a 4 wheel drive single cab with the V6 5 speed, but like everyone else said, 22RE's are outstanding. Either Way the truck looks good and I will be keeping a clost eye on this! If you don't already know, LCE engineering is the bomb!Last edited by topcop182; 11-01-2008, 07:43 AM.

Gosh.
so i mounted the wheels today, and removed the toolbox and bedliner. its amazing how much crap and decomposing dirt was built up under there! so i brought it to the carwash and power washed the engine bay and bed, and washed the exterior. the truck looks a million times better! the paint is dull but it appears to be in pretty good shape. tomorrow i will put the bedliner back in and take some pictures, it looks soooooo much better up on these wheels!

heres a pic from when i brought it home for the first time:

I'd recommend a roll-on bedliner though...protect the paint and what not.
I'm so jealous dude...you have no idea.
