I already have enough vehicles with manual transmissions. Sometimes I like to ride without having to shift, especially in high traffic areas.

pun intended? hah. it weirds me out that there is no official name for this vehicle.. its just a "toyota pickup"

anyway the mileage isnt horrible... the first tank was a mix of city/highway and it got 20mpg, my second tank was more city and i got 19mpg. so i expect somewhere around there, i think i could probably get that to be a little higher after some tuning up and tweaking. between the ~20mpg and the fact that it takes regular grade and gas has gotten cheaper recently, it shouldnt be too expensive to drive.

VERY NICE truck! I want a 4 wheel drive single cab with the V6 5 speed, but like everyone else said, 22RE's are outstanding. Either Way the truck looks good and I will be keeping a clost eye on this! If you don't already know, LCE engineering is the bomb!

289k on mine before i traded for my CB. and she was just rough around the edges really. i just didn't get into tuning a vehicle until my CB came along.

but yeah, that thing has at least another 150k in it if someone like you keeps it(as in maintenance friendly)

                          FINE, gosh.

so i mounted the wheels today, and removed the toolbox and bedliner. its amazing how much crap and decomposing dirt was built up under there! so i brought it to the carwash and power washed the engine bay and bed, and washed the exterior. the truck looks a million times better! the paint is dull but it appears to be in pretty good shape. tomorrow i will put the bedliner back in and take some pictures, it looks soooooo much better up on these wheels!

Beautiful. It completely changes the dynamic of the truck...I actually really like the steps on the side.

I'd recommend a roll-on bedliner though...protect the paint and what not.

I'm so jealous dude...you have no idea.

Looks great! Im surprised at your gas mileage, I had a 89 4runner V6 5speed and I only got maybe 15 mpg but also had bfg m/t tires... It was a really good truck had 24x,xxx and still ran strong when I sold it. Love the wheels goes with the color well
