well guys, had a problem with my upper plenum.
Nippled broke off. Yes I could use JB Weld, but why, I have a spare.
So I will be using my spare H22 upper plenum.
prepping right now. went to get gasket for the plenum and have to order.
be here later tonight.

traction bar is installed and axles all put back together.
basically just waiting on the gasket, and wire everything up.

hopefully I will have no issues and am able to drive this beauty tonight!
since I got the day off, also going to rework my gauges. and clean the car up!

here is some recent work of what I did today:

got front torque mount in while I am running no boost:


removed pillar pod, gauges now in radio blank off plate:


snapped my eyelids off over the amber sides so I shortened em a bit.



sitting waiting for an upp-er plenum gasket:



also wired up my sidemarkers wrong, hooked up just for turns and not running and turns. So rewired.
Also got new bulbs in the foglights, Thanks Joshy! ya you gave me those a while ago!

looking good man i just realized you text me but yeah i worked on my cb all today all change and and cleaned the hell outta it hopefully it doesnt snow tommorow so you can get this black beast done!!!

got the plenum together.

no leaks no nothing.

but I can not get it to turn over now.
I get spark, I get fuel.
I added grounds. and I know the battery connection is good any other ideas?

What's the 4 things you need for an engine to run man? If ya got two of the 4 for certain, then you've only got the other two to look for (Air and Compression) and those two are the least common to be missing from the equation. I would be looking over for certain that your are getting spark and fuel to the cylinders.

yah I know man, need to check my air issue, and doing compression check,
but gotta wait for it to get nice out.

got it going. need some vaccum work. got some iradic idles I need to fix.
fixed my battery cables and added a ground. also cleaned up old grounds and threw in new spark plugs.

did compression test and 210 across the board!!!!

now on to my vacuum issues. this thing jumps and jumps.
only cel i get is #6 water temp sensor.

sooo now on to those fun issues.
