Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

I get spark, I get fuel.
I added grounds. and I know the battery connection is good any other ideas?

          FUCK!
Battery ground to the tranny (IF ITS NOT TUNING OVER AT ALL)... Also ground that goes to the rear of the manifold is key.

it is running man. I guess just the one spot I had it hooked into it doesnt like me. so yah!

everything is good now. running real rich.
            h23 with 450's! ya know!

thinkin about throwing the turbo on because I do not wanna drive it as loud as it is.

I will just stay out of boost.

as far as CEL code 6. the engine is not getting hot enough for me to determine which sensor it is.
waiting for the temps to rise so I can see if the ffan comes on.

well the snail is back in.

              all that is left:
              turbo feed line
              intercooler piping

I got 2 hours tell the lady comes home, so looking good on that aspect.

              hells yah!

should be good. then it is time to save money and get her tuned.

small oil leak coming from the banjo bolt on top of the turbo.
                  figure that out later.

otherwise she is running and standingby for tuning from tempest racing.
hopefully the middle of the month.
                  we shall see!

most likely. I went around the block and manifold is hot.
So I am going to wait.
might have just come loose, who knows.

worst case, a new banjo bolt is a couple of bucks.
I need to order an exhaust gasket for the o2 housing anyways.
so like 30 bucks in parts!

but all is going real well right now.

I am not sure if I can get tuned middle of month.
money might be holding me back.

maybe I can sell some stuff, who knows!
If I can get rid of these civic wheels, then sweet!

                              Front Torque Mount?

Hey, I had a question. That front torque mount you have installed, are you taking it off once you go boost? The reason I ask is because it looks like it uses a 2 point mount bracket, and one of the points goes to the bolt hole you have to cut off the block to get the Mitsubishi turbocharger to fit in.

I was thinking about getting the front torque mount, but talking to them as seeing if they would engineer me a mount to use the two vertical bolt holes instead of the two at the top.

                              Just curious.
Been a long time. Still alive...

it had to be removed for the dsm setup.
down the road I plan on doing a better setup leaving room for this mount.
if you are using the internal wastegate, even the vertical holes are blocked.
I will get a better pic for you when I go home today, weather permitting.
