Thanks bro. Not saying much, really means means a lot to me. You know bro, if you need any help with your build and I have the time, I will help you out. As for being done with the exterior, eh, I have one more surprise lined up that just arrived today. Actually I need to pick it up tomorrow morning. Keep making progress is my goal. Exhasut is soon to follow. As long as I'm not distracted by some uber rare parts.

Yes!!! My goal is to highlight the fact that I am building an accord. In my opinion the accord has always been a chassis that has really been overlooked and underestimated. I feel that the design of the CB is ahead of it's time. It also handles really well with a good suspension. Comparing it to my other car, it holds up entirely.

On another note, you know I have always been a huge fan of your build as well. You have my vote for AOTM. Good luck bud.

It's a GReddy lip designed for a prelude.

Thanks bro. Just continuing the progress. Some of my updates have hit FB or Instagram first but the details and build progress remains here on CB7Tuner.

            Still Stack'n Parts

So I've been making friends along the way and I am appreciative of all those that have passed me along a part of their collection. Recently I met a guy named Luis Beltran from SoCal who was selling a JDM front bumper. I managed to talk him down to a price we could both agree with and ended up with a fairly clean 90/91 JDM front bumper. Light damage but overall a great piece.

All wrapped up as I just picked it up from the shipper. It didn't stay that way for long.

Thankfully I already have the matching fogs. I don't have a digital climate control though.

Being that I am all about the details, I am happy that the cap that finishes the chrome trim on the passenger side made the trip from SoCal.

I wish I could say the same for the driver side. It's going to be interesting to get another pair of these. they are side specific as well.

Here's one of the staple features of a JDM bumper. The area where the licence plate goes.

The other staple feature would be the chrome trim. It's not just like some chrome trim adhesive that you can go to Autozone and pick up. It is actually recessed into the bumper so that it sits kinda flush. There's a little booboo which I also plan on finding a way to repair.

Here's a pic of the JDM bumper support. As you can see it is much different than the US counterpart.

Yesterday I picked up a AEM fuel rail and matching fuel pressure regulator from a fellow CB7 tuner member OFR. As a bonus it happened to be anodized red which goes right in line with my color scheme under the hood.

Last but not least, a good friend, MonstertruckCB7, passed me this what I was told is a Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel. It has a replaceable steel insert witch I love.

I know. When I first saw it I jumped on it right away. The seller had fogs and turn signals and originally wanted $500 for it. Since I already have those parts, I was able to get a better deal. Never gonna find a better deal than the one you had offered me. I totally fell asleep at the wheel. I'm hoping to have it painted in time for Chronicles V

Thanks bro. I did a little searching earlier for that resister box delete DIY but I didn't come up with anything useful. I'll give it another try soon.

I have always thought about picking one up but never did. The Daniel got one with a clutch and some other parts. He said he didn't want to use it so I payed the man and took it off his hands. Now I need to do some research on what clutch to mate up to it. Probably going to swap trans when I install this as well.

I say the exact same thing about your car bro.

I have been hesitant on posting this last update because of the post count. I really wanted it to be at the top of the page for once as opposed to the last post on the page once again. Oh well, I couldn't resist.

I pretty much tied the four red/black wires into one red wire.

Well that makes sense. Is it safe to assume that at this point the ECU ha aready Ben swapped? Can the OEM ECU support the injectors without the resistor box? Thanks for the share by the way. It looks way too easy.

The resistor box is because the oem injectors are too low for the ecu. The rdx injectors are high resistance already so they do not need the resistor box. Yes you need a modified ecu first to calibrate for the larger injectors.

so carlos would need a chipped ecu of some sort past this point to use the rdx injectors?

I haven't looked into an ECU yet. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet early and jump on an AEM set up.

I have an APEXI SAFCII but what would be a good ECU to run and bypass the resistor box?
