I need to get started on my tucked exhaust setup
On my list of things to pick up before the exhaust is stitched together is:
-3 Vibrant Performance V-Band style exhaust clamps
- 2.5" high flow catalytic converter
- FFC LCA's and Toe Arms
- ESP traction bar system
Doesn't seem like much, but everything on this little list is high ticket item for me. Can anyone recommend a high quality (not cheap) Cat? Basically something that I will not need to replace next time I need to smog my car.

In prepping for Stickydiljoe's Chronicles//Five event I needed to claybar my rear bumper and get that black buildup off. Some of you know exactly what I'm talking about. While I was back there tending to that issue I began to get carried away and get at some other little details that I had noticed. There is this dingy gunk that builds up underneath my Honda badge that has always bothered me. Mitsubishiv5 was over and he cued me in on how to remove it to really get at that area. Naturally this lead to me removing my flush mount spoiler to get to the upper area. In this pic you can kinda see what I'm talking about. Around the edges of the badge was my main intent.
I got done with that area and noticed that all the way around my spoiler had more of the same so I began getting that area as well. That gunk is horrible. Removing just an inch of it was really time consuming. Eventually I got all around the flush mount footprint and it's never looked so good. It almost look brand new. At least as close as it will ever be until the car gets repainted. anyways here another two pics of that area.
I wish I had taken a before pic. I'm also cutting it close with my front bumper. The guy painting it says it won't be ready until Monday. Leaving me literally with no time to get it on. Looks like it's going to be a long night on Thursday before I head down to SoCal.
